AN AFTERNOON WITH ZENOBIA - CANADIAN FASHION LABEL

 Yesterday, thanks to Jackie Hickson - Zenobia Western Sales Director - I had a chance to experience a wonderful afternoon at Calgary's Zenobia Loft , where all invited women could not only see the preview of Fall/Winter 2012 Collection, but also have a chat with Barry Bly - Founder and Creative Chief Officer of Zenobia brand, who flew to our city from Montreal. 

For those, who still don't know this beautiful fashion line of clothing - Zenobia is a world class prêt-à-porter label created for the dynamic, elegant and seductive woman. 
It is an exclusive line with the focus on impeccable and flattering cut and fit, extreme attention to detail, sumptuous fabrics and refined, contemporary colours.

 Z E N O B I A was founded in September 1993 by Barry Bly,  and the Director of Design is Pina Iannelli, who joined the company in October 2005.  Z E N O B I A operates an international, up-scale fashion house that designs, produces and distributes comprehensive collections of designer women’s apparel with the majority of products (70%) still produced in Canada!

EVERY WOMAN FESTIVAL 2012 - CALGARY CHAPTER

Every Woman Festival is a non-profit organization dedicated to celebrating inspiring woman of style and substance. This annual event celebrates International Women’s Day, online resource, an online television series, a series of fundraising activities.  This festival embraces closing the gap in the self, the family, the community and around the globe through and exploration of embodying the true essence of modern feminism.

Originally held in Sydney, Australia, the event also took place for its first time in Calgary, Canada. The Founder - Sophie Serafino - also very talented violinist,  together with The Martinique Inc.Luxury Homes hosted a Ladies Lunch for the Canadian Team who will work towards EWF 2013 in Calgary. All proceeds went to the Canadian Foundation for Women's Health (http://www.cfwh.org/). 

Luckily, I was asked to be a part of the team - and I would also like to take this opportunity and say "Thank You" for giving me a chance to be among such wonderful and inspiring women who I am sure will create an unforgettable event in Calgary, next year.
